Data deletion
This page explains how to request export, correction, or deletion of your Washed data, and what may be retained for legal, accounting, or safety reasons.
Customers
In the subscriber app, open Profile, then Privacy & data. You can request an export or start account deletion when the flow is available.
If the app is unavailable, contact Washed at [email protected] using the phone number linked to the account.
Washerwomen
Washerwomen may request access, correction, or deletion through the Washed bureau or the operational support channel provided during onboarding.
Verification
Washed may verify the requester’s identity before acting on the data. Active visits, pending payments, refunds, disputes, or safety incidents may need to be handled before full deletion.
Retained data
Some data may be retained where required for law, accounting, fraud prevention, people safety, or a dispute.
Where full deletion is not possible, Washed limits data use and anonymizes what can be anonymized.
Confirmation
Washed confirms receipt of the request and communicates the result through the available contact channel.
